Jean Jules Salmson (1823-1902, France) Figural Bronze Grouping – Innocence & Plaisir. Large bronze with 2 maidens walking side by side in a playful and expressive manner as they walk by a rose bush, they are being led by a small winged putti figure carrying a tambourine. On a black marble base, titled “Innocence & Plaisir” and signed Salmson, Sctp. 24 in. high x 14 in. wide x 10.5 in. deep.
