Description:

Edison Standard "Suitcase" Phonograph. Oak case has finger jointed construction, rectangular lid secured with 4 nickel plated latches and turned handle on top; rear mounted crane arm with paper mache Keiser horn signed with paper label inside of the bell, 21 in. long x 12 in. deep. Mechanism has a black painted bedplate and chassis with gilt stenciling, model-C reproducer and signed on a metal tag with serial number S73527. Horn has some wear from age, case is in nice condition and the crane has some surface rust and tarnish. Case measures 9.5 in. high x 12.5 in. wide x 9 in. deep.
