Lot 117, a 4 piece Eastlake Marble Top Bedroom Set. Excellent carved walnut bedroom set has heavily carved crests with filigree, spiral turned half columns, raised panels with excellent walnut grain and nice original brass pulls. Full sized bed has spiral turned half columns, bowed frieze panels and inset panels framed in carved filigree on the headboard and footboard. 2 door armoire has spiral turned half columns and 2 drawers in the base. Marble top dresser with beveled mirror high back, 3 drawers over 2 full drawers. Washstand has a beveled mirror back with carving, rouge marble top and back-splash, full length drawer over 2 drawers and a door in the base. In good condition with an original finish. The front of the desk has a door on the left side with 4 vertical portfolio dividers, center drawer and 4 deep drawers on the right; the reverse side of the desk has 4 short drawers on the right and a center drawer. In good overall condition, has an enhanced original finish. 28.5 in. high x 63.5 in. wide x 35.5 in. deep with a Pre-Sale Estimate of: $1,500 – $2,500
