| MODEL 1842 ASTON PERCUSSION PISTOL. 54 caliber with 8.5" barrel. Lock is marked US, H. Aston in front of the hammer and Midd Conn 1849 behind hammer. Stock has a couple of period repaired cracks in the grip, but is otherwise sound. Brass has pleasant patina and the balance of the metal is bright and clean. Nice example. Estimate |
