The Yale Wonder Clock. A rare and wonderful complex multi-gadget coin-op spring driven and electric machine, a large oak case with a reverse painted mirrored glass banner on top with blue border and sun with crossed American flags in the center, below the lager reverse painted clear glass dial has a numbered wheel from 1-200 with spinning brass indicator pointing to a number, which would identify your prize compared to an index chart that would be set up by the store owner; while this is happening a series flashing lights flicker behind the dial a display of photo cards flash within the reverse painted frame under an eagle in the center and a spring driven clock set in the back board just above. The case contains a Regina 15.5 in. music box in a vertical position, exposed through clear glass with pierced carved corner overlays, the music box has a gilt brass bed plate stamped Regina with serial number 52161 and duplex comb giving it nice harmonic sound; the music box also plays when a coin is inserted. Signed on a brass tag on the front The Yale Wonder Clock, Burlington, VT. with serial Number 123.
